Madhavan Joins SSMB29 As Mahesh Babu’s Father?

The latest buzz around SSMB29 has grabbed attention with R. Madhavan reportedly joining the film's Kenya schedule. Word is, he might be playing Mahesh Babu’s father. While the makers haven’t confirmed it, the talk is loud, especially since names like Nana Patekar and Vikram were also considered. The film earlier wrapped up key schedules in Odisha and Hyderabad. Now, the team has landed in Kenya, shooting in real forest locations like Amboseli National Park. Backed by a ₹1000 crore budget, SSMB29 is being produced by K.L. Narayana under Durga Arts. Music is by M.M. Keeravani. With names like Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran also linked to the film, it’s becoming clear this project is playing big. Whether Madhavan’s role is confirmed or not, his presence on set has already added more fuel to the hype. For now, everything points to something massive in the making.
