Mahesh Babu is not just a star in the film industry; he is also a successful businessman. This is proven once again with the recent success of his venture, AMB Cinemas. According to GeoIQ, a geolocation startup, two of Hyderabad’s major malls, Sarath City Capital Mall and Nexus Mall have secured positions in the top 25 most visited malls in India.

Sarath City Capital Mall, located on Gachibowli-Miyapur Road in Hyderabad, holds the 9th position with around 20,000 daily visitors. It is the largest mall in Telangana, covering 2.7 million square feet, and features an eight-floor layout. Opened in 2017, this mall includes AMB Cinemas, a luxury multiplex co-owned by Mahesh Babu. Nexus Mall, located in Kukatpally, secured the 25th spot with an average footfall of 15,000 daily visitors. Nexus Select Trust owns this 800,000-square-foot mall.

The rising popularity of these malls mirrors Hyderabad’s growth as a major IT hub, with a tech-driven population contributing to the heavy footfall. This urban expansion has made the city an attractive spot for retail, entertainment, and dining experiences, drawing more people to these malls daily.

While Hyderabad is making its mark, cities like Delhi and Mumbai still dominate the rankings. Delhi’s Vegas Mall takes the top spot with 26,212 daily visitors, followed by V3S East Centre Mall with 24,282 visitors. Mumbai’s Phoenix Marketcity stands in third place, attracting around 23,000 daily visitors.

On the professional front, Mahesh Babu is currently busy with SSMB29 to be directed by Rajamouli.
