Mahesh's Film Completes A Decade & Kriti Remembers Fondly!

Superstar Mahesh Babu might have tasted a few flops in his career but some of them don't visit ending up as a failure. '1 Nenokkadine' which arrived during the Sankranti season of 2014 is the biggest example for it. Written and directed by Sukumar, the movie is a psychological thriller. Mahesh was seen as a rockstar who was traumatized with the death of his parents in childhood. The movie is all about him taking revenge but the amount of twists and emotion injected by Sukumar made it a wonderful flick.

The film was a commercial failure but it is termed a classic in Mahesh as well as Sukumar's career. Apart from being a unique film in Tollywood, '1 Nenokkadine' also introduced Kriti Sanon to the film industry. The tall beauty made her debut in this film and was loved by a lot of people in Tollywood. She made her debut in Hindi next year with 'Heropanti' and established herself in Bollywood. It has been ten years since the release of Mahesh's film and Kriti Sanon is a star heroine in Bollywood with a National Award to her credit. She acted in a lot of hit movies and she even started her own production banner.

Celebrating her decade-long journey in the industry, Kriti Sanon posted a recent picture of herself with Mahesh Babu on social media. She wrote, “Its been 10 years since my first ever film. My first Telugu film with my first ever co-star Mahesh sir!! So many memories and so much gratitude in my heart! How lovely and nostalgic was it to meet you again after ages! So much has changed but its still the same!” Sharing another click with Namrata Shirodkar, she said, “Happy 10 years! #1Nenokkadine Can't believe its been a decade!! Miss you Sukumar sir! Thank you for the best debut and the best memories ever!! Aww Tuzo Mogh Korta!”

We usually see debut actresses fading away when their first film flops at the box office. It is good to see Kriti Sanon breaking this formula and making it big. '1 Nenokkadine' is truly a special film. Isn't it?
