Is This Malavika Nair's Role In 'Kalki 2898 AD'?

With just a few days left for the release of 'Kalki 2898 AD', the makers have released the second trailer which focused more on the story than the first trailer which showed more action episodes. The look of Kamal Haasan shocked everyone and the face-off between Prabhas and Amitabh is also going to be a huge feast for the movie lovers. Interestingly, the team revealed the look of Malavika Nair in the new trailer.

Not many knew that she was a part of this project. As per reports, she will be seen as Uttara who is the wife of Arjuna's son Abhimanyu who died in Kurukshetra. In our history, it is said that Arjun and Ashwatthama engage in an intense battle and both of them use their lethal weapons and one of it is Brahmastra.

Narada and Vyasa try to stop them from using the weapon as it can destroy the entire planet. While Arjuna takes it back, it becomes impossible for Ashwatthama to retrieve it. Apparently, he directs it towards Uttara's womb in order to kill the entire Pandava lineage. But it is Sri Krishna who saves the baby and gives the curse to Ashwatthama. Looks like the Mahabharat episode is going to be used for connecting the dots for the story which is happening in the present. Let u wait and see how things turn out.
