Indian airlines have been facing mounting criticism lately, with numerous issues such as delayed flights, cancelled services, and passengers being stuck on planes for hours. Recently, Tollywood actress Manchu Lakshmi encountered yet another frustrating experience, this time with IndiGo Airlines, and she didn’t hold back her anger.

In a scathing post on X (formerly Twitter), Lakshmi expressed her dissatisfaction with the airline's staff. She shared how her luggage was mishandled, revealing that the staff pushed her bag aside and even refused to let her open it. “They told me that if I didn’t comply with their demands, they would leave my luggage in Goa. The way they treated me was outright rude,” she wrote. The actress also pointed out that no security tag was placed on her luggage in her presence, raising concerns about potential theft or loss.

Lakshmi described the entire ordeal as a form of harassment and questioned how an airline could operate in such an unprofessional manner. She was visibly upset, emphasizing that she would no longer be flying with the airline. Additionally, she mentioned that other passengers had also faced similar difficulties during the same flight.

The actress had travelled to Goa for a weekend getaway with her daughter, Vidya Nirvana Manchu Anand, to celebrate and unwind. However, the unpleasant experience with IndiGo left a sour note on her trip.
