Senior actor Mohan Babu’s elder son, Vishnu Manchu, is gearing up for his ambitious mythological film Kannappa. With a stellar cast featuring superstars Prabhas, Mohanlal, and Akshay Kumar, the film has already generated massive buzz. However, despite the high expectations, the OTT deal for Kannappa remains undecided. Unlike most big-budget films that finalize streaming rights early, Vishnu has taken a bold stand regarding the film’s digital release.

When asked about selling Kannappa to an OTT platform for financial security, Vishnu made his stance clear. He admitted that the film’s budget is so massive that even an OTT deal wouldn’t guarantee complete safety. "Maybe it will help to some extent, but not fully. This is one of the biggest risks I have ever taken," he said. Expressing his faith, he added, "I strongly believe that Lord Shiva will guide me and bless this film with success." His words reflect the deep conviction he has in the project and its theatrical potential.

Further emphasizing his unique approach, Vishnu firmly stated that he would not show the full movie to OTT platforms before they make a purchase. "I have my own marketing strategy to sell Kannappa in my style, not by following their rules. When they are investing such a big amount, their terms are valid, but I simply can’t show my movie upfront," he declared. His statement highlights his confidence in Kannappa and his determination to handle the business on his own terms rather than adhering to standard industry practices.

With such conviction and a grand vision, Kannappa is shaping up to be a record-breaking box office spectacle. The film is set to release in multiple languages across India, promising a larger-than-life cinematic experience. As anticipation soars, all eyes are on April 25th, when Vishnu Manchu’s dream project will finally hit the big screen.
