Why Is The Industry Not Giving Chances To Mani Sharma?
The Melody Brahma stated that he doesn't need to get all the offers but he needs to get one film if DSP and Thaman are getting two chances each.
For the people born in the 90s, Mani Sharma is the top music composer. He took the Telugu industry by storm with his versatile music and ruled the roost for two decades. Despite the heavy competition from Devi Sri Prasad in the 2000s, Mani Sharma still stood on top and gave memorable music to each and every star hero. His background scores have a huge fanbase and people are missing his work in recent movies.
Though he is arriving with 'Double Ismart' and doing a few films every now and then, the frequency of his music has been quite low over the last decade. His fans are worried that he may not get any kind of work soon. As we know, his last film was 'Bedurulanka' which is a very small film for his stature. During a recent interview, Mani Sharma himself told that big heroes should rotate and work with all music composers.
He added that there is no get stuck with one or two composers as there is a lot of talent. The Melody Brahma stated that he doesn't need to get all the offers but he needs to get one film if DSP and Thaman are getting two chances each. It is when the audience will get a variety of music. As we can see, there is a huge saturation of songs and most of them sound the same as there is only one or two composers who give music for all the big stars.
Fans of Mani Sharma are now demanding that he should also get good opportunities as he is not out of touch yet and it will give them a break from Thaman along with other recent composers. What do you think?
