Maruthi B’day glimpse released; excitement builds for The Raja Saab

Earlier today, Prabhas has shared a special birthday wish for director Maruthi Dasari, as the filmmaker celebrates his 42nd birthday today, October 8, 2024. Prabhas, who stars in Maruthi’s upcoming film The Raja Saab, posted a heartfelt message on his Instagram Stories. He wrote, "Happy Birthday Maruthi garu. Can't wait for the world to witness The Raja Saab soon." The film is a romantic horror-comedy and features a stellar cast including Sanjay Dutt, Sai Pallavi, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and more.

In addition to Prabhas’ post, People Media Factory released a behind-the-scenes birthday glimpse of Maruthi and Prabhas on the film set, assuring fans that The Raja Saab will offer grand celebrations for Prabhas’ fanbase. The movie is set to release on April 10, 2025.

Earlier this year, The Raja Saab teaser was released, giving fans a first look at Prabhas in a “massy” avatar. The teaser features Prabhas making a stylish entry on a motorbike, holding a bouquet of flowers, and playfully tossing petals. With music by Thaman S, the teaser heightened anticipation for the film.

The movie is produced by People Media Factory and is expected to be released in five languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
