Buzz: Mass Star Asks Maruthi To Wait?
Apparently, Maruthi is said to have narrated a story to senior hero Raviteja, who has just made a comeback with his Irumudi, and many thought that the project would take off.
After scoring a flop like ‘The Raja Saab’, director Maruthi is definitely facing more scrutiny than ever though he has carved out more bigger flops earlier. That’s the power of a Superstar’s movie, and a film with Prabhas can either make or break careers. Some buzz is now doing rounds that even the other stars are also making him wait.
Apparently, Maruthi is said to have narrated a story to senior hero Raviteja, who has just made a comeback with his Irumudi, and many thought that the project would take off. However, Raviteja is said to have told Maruthi to wait for at least 6 months, in case if he wants to proceed with him. Currently, the star hero is doing a film with Vivek Athreya, and only after that might he be able to do a movie with Maruthi.
That said, some rumours have popped up earlier that Maruthi will be directing a film with newcomers, where his nephew is most likely to make his debut as a leading hero. Though there is no clarity on the same, the star director is said to be looking forward to make a movie with a big star as well, and Raviteja has currently put his plans on hold.
Many are wondering if this wait is because of a genuine lack of dates, or if The Raja Saab effect is still playing spoiler with the filmmaker.
