Generally, there is a standard template for commercial films as we are used to the conflict between Hero and villain, which forms the core plot line of the film. But there is this one upcoming film, which is breaking the stereotype, and it is Barbarik.

Tribanadhari Barbarik is produced by Vijaypal Reddy Adidhala under Vanara Celluloid and presented by director Maruthi. Mohan Srivatsa directed the film, which stars Sathyaraj, Udaya Bhanu, Vasishta N. Simha, Satyam Rajesh, Kranthi Kiran, and Saanchi Rai. The film will release on August 29, and its teaser and trailer have already raised expectations.

As a part of the promotions, Director Mohan Srivatsa shared his journey, saying that although he learned music and performed at events, his dream was always to become a filmmaker.

His strong storytelling skills helped him narrate the Barbarik script with impact, which immediately convinced the producer. Maruthi too was impressed with his narration and supported the project despite it being outside his usual genre.

Talking about the film, Srivatsa explained that Sathyaraj appears as Barbarik, a character from the Mahabharata known for his three arrows that could have ended the Kurukshetra war. He further revealed that there will be no heroes or villains in this film, and it is the story that will form the entire gripping narrative

Udaya Bhanu and other actors also play layered roles. The film has music by the Infusion Band, chosen for their fresh sound and powerful background score.

Srivatsa says Barbarik has no heroes or villains. Every character has internal conflicts, and the message is that true greatness lies in controlling one’s emotions.
