The age gap between Ashika Rangnath and Nagarjuna was big in 'Naa Saami Ranga' and people are complaining about having young actresses like Meenakshi Choudhary and Aishwarya Rajesh in Venkatesh's next film.
Even the most handsome hero Mahesh Babu faced a bit of criticism for romancing Sreeleela in 'Guntur Karam'. Even 'OG' has Priyanka Arul Mohan as the heroine for Pawan Kalyan. Recently, the team of 'Mr Bachchan' released a promo of the first song in order to kickstart the promotions. We can see Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja having some titillating romantic scenes with debut heroine Bhagyashri Borse. She is looking quite glamorous with appealing skin show in half sarees and Ravi Teja romancing her has not gone down well with a section of the internet.

It is the young heroines who are game for such roles. While heroes are often criticized for the age gap, it is tough to understand why a heroine in her early 20s takes up the heroine role in an older hero movie and walks away with no criticism.
