Mrunal Thakur Reveals How She Chases Directors

Despite getting rejected from big films initially due to her skin tone and looks, Mrunal Thakur has finally made it big in Hindi TV serials, and then she has shot to fame with Telugu movies. That fame is now bringing her into big-ticket moves in Bollywood as well. However, all those opportunities in Bollywood have knocked on Mrunal’s door only after she’s said to have chased the directors of those films.

“We have to chase directors, to make them remember that we’re present. I’ve chased many directors, including Ravi Vodeyar, who gave me a chance in Do Deewan Sheher Mein. I’ve met him multiple times and asked him, sir give me a chance, please, I’m also in Mumbai, only” said Mrunal Thakur. She said she also chased directors like Aditya Dhar to get cast in his films, but still, that didn’t happen.

Well, back then, many Telugu starlets also revealed that to get back-to-back offers, one should keep in touch with producers, directors, and other casting managers to make sure that they are in the right spot at the right time to grab offers. Looks like Mrunal is following that well. She will be next seen in Telugu films like Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit, and others.
