Mrunal To Become A Ghost In Tamil?
As per sources, she asked to play the main role in Raghava Lawrence's 'Kanchana 4' which is expected to go on floors in September.
Mesmerizing beauty Mrunal Thakur has been enjoying fame in North and South lately. Her 'Sita Ramam' and 'Hi Nanna' made her close to the Telugu audience a lot and her craze didn't even dip a bit after the failure of 'Family Star'. She decided to take it slowly and be careful about her next projects.
There was a talk that Hanu Raghavapudi brought his 'Sita Ramam' heroine onboard for his next project with Prabhas but nothing has been confirmed yet. Recent reports claim that she was approached to play the ghost role in a Tamil movie. As per sources, she asked to play the main role in Raghava Lawrence's 'Kanchana 4' which is expected to go on floors in September.
Usually, heroines don't have a lot of significance in 'Muni'/'Kanchana' franchise. All they do is look glamorous and shout in horror during scary scenes. People like Vedika, Tapsee and Lakshmi Rai were used in the same way. We don't what role Mrunal was offered but reports suggest that she heard a narration.
She is doing 'Pooja Meri Jaan' in Hindi. The shooting is wrapped up and the post-production works are going on. Working with Lawrence may not help Mrunal's career but there are a few who claim that he is going to give a fresh treatment to 'Kanchana 4' and Mrunal might be pivotal in this film. Let us wait and see if she becomes a part of this franchise or not.
