After Tollywood, Mrunal Gets Ready For Kollywood Debut!

Despite working in a handful of Bollywood films, not many Southern audiences knew Mrunal Thakur. But it changed completely when 'Sita Ramam' was released as the Marathi girl swept everyone away off their feet with her gorgeous looks and impeccable talent. She quickly became the heartthrob of many.

After 'Sita Ramam', Mrunal has signed some crazy projects in Telugu. She is working with Natural Star Nani on 'Hi Nanna' which is an emotional drama. The promo created a lot of buzz on the movie. She is also the female lead in Vijay Deverakonda's upcoming film under Parasuram's direction. She recently celebrated her birthday on the film's set. While she is going strong in Telugu, the latest news suggests that she is all set to make her debut in Tamil too.

The mesmerizing beauty has reportedly given a green signal for an interesting project. Star filmmaker AR Murugadoss is going to direct this flick while happening hero Siva Karthikeyan is the hero. It is expected to be an action entertainer and Mrunal will have an important role to play in this flick. Murugadoss is known for his unique commercial films. He delivered many blockbusters but his last few flicks like 'Spyder', 'Sarkar' and 'Darbar' did not reach the expectations.
