South Indian superstar Prabhas has thrown his upcoming projects into temporary disarray with his sudden departure from India. While his sci-fi extravaganza "Kalki 2898 AD" was rumoured for a May 9th release, whispers suggest a delay of a few weeks. However, the bigger mystery surrounds Prabhas' abrupt exit from the sets of his other film, "The Raja Saab," directed by Maruthi.

Sources close to the production reveal that Prabhas has opted for a well-deserved break, choosing to spend the entire summer abroad. This decision has postponed the shooting schedule for "The Raja Saab," leaving fans to speculate about the reasons behind his break. Reports suggest Prabhas plans to return soon to promote "Kalki 2898 AD" and resume filming "The Raja Saab."

This time, however, it appears he's seeking refuge from the scorching summer heat, reportedly planning a two-month European getaway.

Despite his break, Prabhas' schedule remains packed. "Kalki 2898 AD" awaits release, and he has "Salaar 2" directed by Prasanth Neel lined up for shooting later this year. His goal is to wrap up both "Salaar 2" and "The Raja Saab" by the year's end.

Looking ahead, Prabhas is expected to begin filming for "Spirit" under Sandeep Reddy Vanga's direction sometime in November or December. Another project with director Hanu Raghavapudi is also reportedly in the works for the following year.
