King Nagarjuna's decision to bring his rural mass entertainer 'Naa Saami Ranga' to theatres during the Sankranti season seems to have worked out big time. The movie was released amidst huge competition and got a limited release on the first day. The decent reviews and positive response from the public has made it a perfect Sankranti entertainer. People are loving this film in theatres as it got more collections on Day 2 compared to the day of its release.

The second day collections in the Telugu states summed up to 4.55 crores. It is more than what the movie earned on its first day. It got 1.47 crores from the Nizam area and minted 76 lakhs from the Ceeded region. The collections from Vizag were 47 lakhs while it got 54 lakhs and 34 lakhs from East and West Godavari regions respectively. The movie earned 71 lakhs from Krishna and Guntur districts combined while it got 20 lakhs from Nellore.

In total, 'Naa Saami Ranga' got a share of 8.88 crores in Telugu states within two days of its release. It grossed 17.8 crores worldwide and these numbers are fantastic considering the competition it faced. The growth in collections on the second day compared to the first prove that 'Naa Saami Ranga' will get bigger with each passing day and end up earning a good amount of profit. It looks like Nagarjuna has arrived without a lot of hype and once again delivered big during the Sankranti season.

Ashika Ranganath is the leading lady opposite Nagarjuna, while Mirnaa Menon and Rukshar Dhillon will be seen romancing Naresh and Raj Tarun respectively. Vijay Binni is the director while Pavan Kumar presents the movie that has cinematography by Shivendra Dasaradhi. Chota K Prasad have also worked on this film. MM Keeravani is the music composer for this entertainer. Prasanna Kumar Bezawada provided the story and dialogues for the film while Srinivasa Chitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen produced the movie.
