Despite Vishwambara, Nag Ashwin Dreaming The Sequel
After Mahanati, Nag Ashwin narrated a film to Megastar, but it didn’t work.;
Producer Ashwini Dutt often talks about producing a sequel to his superhit movie of yesteryear, Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, which featured Megastar Chiranjeevi and superstar Sridevi in the leads. Though Dutt’s dream never materialised, later his son-in-law Nag Ashwin, who created Savitri’s biopic Mahanati, has attempted to create the sequel later, and looks like hasn’t given up on that dream.
After Mahanati, Nag Ashwin narrated a film to Megastar, but it didn’t work. Later, it has come out that Nag Ashwin wanted to do the Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari sequel. However, Vishwambara is nothing but JVACS with a twist, if we have to believe the reports. In Jagadeka Veerudu, an angel comes to earth, here in Vishwambhara, the hero goes to another planet, aka Vishwabhara Lokam. Much to everyone’s surprise, Nag Ashwin recently revealed that they are working on the JVAC sequel script.
Well, whether Chiranjeevi would do the film or not, Ashwini Dutt felt that Chiru’s son and Sridevi’s daughter should do the sequel, but surprisingly, both Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor have already teamed up for Peddi movie. So, that advantage of bringing the two star-kids is also gone now.
