Naga Chaitanya made some interesting comments about producer Naga Vamsi during the Lenin Blockbuster Vaibhavam event. Along with speaking proudly about his brother Akhil, Chaitanya also appreciated Naga Vamsi for the way he presents heroes on screen.
While talking about Naga Vamsi, Chaitanya recalled the days of the film Premam. He said that Vamsi was very shy in those days and rarely spoke in public. Chaitanya shared this in a light-hearted way and made everyone laugh.
He said, "During the time of Premam, if we asked Naga Vamsi to speak, he would feel very shy. He would not come on stage and speak. But now everyone is calling him 'Chintu Anna'. Jokes apart..."
After the fun comment, Naga Chaitanya praised Vamsi for his growth as a producer. He said that more than collections or profits, Vamsi clearly understands how to present a hero in the best possible way.
Chaitanya said, "Keeping profits and losses aside, Vamsi knows very well how to project a hero. He has a great understanding of presenting a hero on screen, and he has done the same for my brother Akhil."
Naga Chaitanya also spoke emotionally about Akhil's performance in Lenin. He said that he already knew the story and felt it was a very challenging role. According to him, Akhil became a true hero the day he accepted such a difficult script.
The actor also thanked director Nanda Kishore and the entire team for making the film a grand success. He said he was proud to see Akhil achieve such a big hit and added that their father Nagarjuna's courage in choosing different stories has always inspired them.
