Chay-Sobhita Wedding: How Much Did Netflix Pay?

Of late, Netflix has made it a habit to cover the wedding stories of star celebrities and the OTT giant has started to pay crores of rupees for these rights. They did the same for the rights of Bollywood star couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone earlier.

Now, the latest reports are suggesting that Netflix has acquired the exclusive digital streaming rights of the wedding pertaining to Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dulipala as well.

Apparently, Netflix struck a deal with the concerned parties and they are set to spend a whopping amount of money on this transaction. As per reports, the OTT giant is spending a whopping Rs 50 crore on the exclusive digital streaming rights of Chaitanya and Sobhita.

This is one of the biggest deals that Netflix had stuck with star celebrities pertaining to marriage and they must be pleased with what's in store for them.

Needless to say, Netflix has aced the exclusive content game in the South India demographic and they must be hoping that the Chay-Sobhita story fetches them adequate views to justify their heavy spending on the same.
