Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming mythological adventure film Vrushakarma is facing some confusion over its release date. The film has been in the news for the past few days because of reports about its Dasara release. At one point, there were reports that the movie would arrive during the Dasara festival. Later, there was talk that the release had been postponed. Now, director Karthik Varma Dandu has given some clarity about the situation.

During the ongoing shooting in Vizag, the director met Naga Chaitanya’s fans and spoke about the film’s release plans. He said that Dasara is still the main target for the team. However, the release date has not been completely fixed yet.

The main reason for this uncertainty is the film’s visual effects work. Since Vrushakarma is a mythological adventure, graphics and VFX play a very important role. The team does not want to rush the post-production work just to meet a festival release date.

According to the director, there is around a 90 percent chance that the movie will arrive during Dasara if the VFX work is completed on time and reaches the expected quality. If the graphics require more time, the makers are ready to move the release to December.

This approach shows that the team is giving more importance to the quality of the film than to a fixed release date. The already released glimpse showed a huge world and a mysterious atmosphere. The makers reportedly want the final visual experience to look equally impressive on the big screen.

Karthik Varma Dandu also shared some exciting information for Naga Chaitanya’s fans. He confirmed that the actor will have the “Yuva Samrat” tag when his title card appears in the film. He also said that the screenplay will be fresh and different.

Music director Ajaneesh Loknath is composing the background score, which the director believes will add more power to the film.

The shooting is currently progressing in Vizag. Naga Chaitanya plays Arjun, a treasure hunter, while Sparsh Srivastav is also part of the important cast. BVSN Prasad is producing the movie.

For now, Vrushakarma is targeting Dasara. But if the VFX work needs more time, December will be the safer release window. Fans may have to wait for an official announcement before the final date is confirmed.
