Vishwak Sen and Director Anudeep KV came together for the latest project Funky, which released in theatres today. The makers are already celebrating the success of this film, and here is what producer Naga Vamsi had to say on this matter.

Producer Naga Vamsi recently revealed that he had no intention of appearing in the upcoming film Funky, which stars Vishwak Sen in the lead.

He clarified that he had clearly told the team he would not be doing a cameo. However, director Anudeep KV reportedly insisted and persuaded him to step in for a brief appearance.

According to Vamsi, the push did not come from the director alone. What began as a firm “no” eventually turned into a fun on screen moment, adding to the film’s lighthearted tone.

Interestingly, Funky is said to feature several surprise cameos designed to entertain audiences. Apart from Naga Vamsi and Dil Raju, filmmaker Harish Shankar is also expected to make a special appearance, along with a few other familiar faces from the industry.
