Akkineni Nagarjuna, the King of Tollywood, continues to turn heads with his style and charm even after crossing 60. He still looks like a hero in his prime, often being compared more to an elder brother than a father to his sons, Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. Wherever he goes, people ask about his fitness secret. During Coolie promotions, Superstar Rajinikanth praised his looks, saying Nagarjuna told him the answer was simple, exercise.

Nagarjuna recently spoke about his routine. He works out for 45 minutes to an hour every day, switching between weight training, treadmill runs, swimming, and walking. He avoids his phone while working out and doesn’t take long breaks. He follows a 12‑hour eating window, fasting for the other 12. His mornings start with kimchi, boiled cabbage, broccoli, a few vegetables, warm water, and coffee.

Lunch is a proper meal with lentils, curry, chutney, and some non‑veg. Dinner is done by 7 or 7:30 pm  usually salads, chicken, or fish. He likes sweets but limits them, making up with a harder workout the next day. When work allows, he keeps a fixed bedtime.

Nagarjuna admits stress comes with the job, but says he follows his father’s advice  don’t dwell on unnecessary things. For him, staying fit is about discipline: eat right, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep.
