Telugu Lady Director Is Back In Amazon Camp?

When Amazon Prime Video was making baby steps in India, back in 2015, they had okayed web series from almost all the tinsel towns in the country. The Telugu industry has carved out a series like Gangstars in 2018, after which it was rumoured that Amazon Prime had decided not to produce Telugu series for quite a time. Because a lot of money was wasted on a low-quality product. Guess what, Nandini Reddy directed that series.

However, not all days will be like that, and eight years later, the same Nandini Reddy has directed “Maa Inti Bangaram”, which turned out to be a ₹100 crore grosser at the box office. Based on this performance, now Amazon Prime Video wants Nandini Reddy to direct another series; this time it will have the Raj & DK camp as the showrunners. Reports are coming that Nandini is being paid a fancy price to carve out this series.

Well, when there’s success, any past failure will be wiped out, and that is proven many times in Tollywood. Even in the case of Nandini Reddy, some back-to-back failures have pushed her out of the spotlight, but Samantha’s latest blockbuster made her dive back into the game again. Well, hope she won’t disappoint her admirers this time.
