The Paradise Hits ₹100 Crore Worldwide; Scores Big in North India Too

Nani’s The Paradise is continuing its strong run at the box office. The film had a powerful opening on Day 1 and has now achieved another major milestone on Day 2. According to the latest trade update, The Paradise has crossed the ₹100 crore gross mark worldwide in just two days.

The film is also showing good momentum in the Hindi market. The Hindi version collected around ₹2.15 crore net on Day 1 in North India. This is being reported as Nani’s biggest opening in North India. The achievement is notable because the Hindi version released on a limited number of screens and opened on a Thursday.

The Day 2 response is reportedly even stronger. The film has seen increased interest from audiences, helping it move towards the ₹100 crore worldwide milestone very quickly. The strong performance of the Hindi version is also giving the movie a wider reach outside the Telugu market.

According to figures cited by NDTV from Sacnilk, The Paradise collected around ₹34.65 crore net in India on Day 1. Its India gross was around ₹54.90 crore, including preview shows. The overseas market contributed around ₹22 crore, taking the worldwide gross to approximately ₹76.90 crore on the first day.

With its Day 2 collections added, the film has now crossed ₹100 crore worldwide gross. This gives the movie a strong start at the global box office.

The Paradise has also reportedly become Nani’s biggest opening film. His previous record was held by HIT: The Third Case, which opened with around ₹21 crore net in India. Films such as Saripodhaa Sanivaaram and Dasara also had strong openings, but The Paradise has moved ahead of them.

Directed by Srikanth Odela, The Paradise marks his second collaboration with Nani after Dasara. Set in 1980s Secunderabad, the film follows a marginalised community and its fight against feudal oppression.

Nani plays Jadal Zamana in the action drama. Mohan Babu plays the powerful antagonist Shikanja Maalik, while Raghav Juyal appears as his son Vikram Maalik. Kayadu Lohar, Sonali Kulkarni and Sampoornesh Babu are also part of the cast. Keerthy Suresh has a special appearance.

Anirudh Ravichander composed the music, while CH Sai handled cinematography and Naveen Nooli worked as the editor. Sudhakar Cherukuri produced the film under the SLV Cinemas banner.

With the ₹100 crore worldwide milestone achieved on Day 2, all eyes are now on how strongly The Paradise performs during the upcoming weekend.
