‘The Paradise’, Back In The Grand Discussion

All the release delays, postponement of dates and other factors usually turn ‘negatively’ for a film, and we have seen that in the case of “Toxic” recently. But then comes Nani’s “The Paradise” movie, which is in the grand discussion right now, even though the makers haven’t released any promotional content.

Well, the news of Anirudh charging more than ₹20+ crores for a film goes like wildfire all the time, but then, it is his songs that are working big time. Take “The Paradise” first single Aaya Sher, which has already crossed 220 million views, and the recently released Yesha Nagula is touching 45 million views. Both songs together have made sure to hold the attention of the audience, no matter how many times “The Paradise” is postponed.

Reports are coming from Box office experts that, with the kind of buzz around the movie, surely on September 25th, The Paradise is going to get massive opening-day collections. They say that it’s going to be the best for Nani, whose Dasara and Saripodha Sanivaram were around ₹38 crores and ₹25 crores, respectively. If that number is cracked, surely it’s going to be a record as well.

That said, if premieres are being screened, then the talk should come out very well as it impacts the Day 1 numbers sometimes in the overseas territories.
