No More Whispers Around Nani's 'The Paradise' Finances

Even as Natural Star Nani gears up for the grand release of HIT 3 on May 1, a different buzz had started brewing in the background. Rumours were swirling about financial hurdles for his upcoming ambitious project The Paradise. But now, as Nani finishes his Indian promotions and heads to the USA along with heroine Sreenidhi Shetty, the air around The Paradise has finally cleared.

Directed by Dasara fame Srikanth Odela and produced by Sudhakar under the SLV banner, The Paradise is touted as the biggest-budget film of Nani's career. The first glimpse of the movie, released a few weeks ago, received a fantastic response. Initially, gossip suggested that budget issues had halted the shoot. However, the superb buzz helped the makers negotiate a solid OTT deal. Though the first OTT company revised their initial offer downwards, the producers managed to close the deal at a strong price, ensuring that the film could move forward without a hitch.

With finances sorted, The Paradise is ready to resume full-fledged shooting from May 2. The team will first shoot the portions related to the child episodes, while Nani is expected to join the sets about a week later after wrapping up HIT 3 promotions in America. Adding to the excitement, there is strong talk that Bollywood actor Raghav Juyal, who impressed audiences with his villainous turn in last year's superhit Kill, has been roped in to play the antagonist.

From dealing with tricky backroom talks to locking a strong OTT deal, The Paradise has already fought its first big battle behind the scenes. Now, with the slate clean and the cameras rolling, Nani is all set to dive into what promises to be one of the most thrilling projects of his career.
