Revanth Reddy Says Nani, “Ask Police for Permission”

Actor Nani has received a response from Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy after making a special request regarding the premiere of his upcoming film The Paradise. Nani had asked the Telangana government for permission to watch the film with audiences at a theatre in Hyderabad’s RTC X Roads.

Nani made the request through a post on X. He tagged Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Telangana Police officials. Nani said that he wanted to watch the September 23 premiere show at RTC X Roads along with the audience.

The actor explained that cinema has always been an important part of his life. He said that watching films with people who love cinema gives him a special feeling. According to Nani, RTC X Roads has a special place in Hyderabad when it comes to watching movies with a large audience.

Nani also said that the real satisfaction of making a film comes from sitting among the audience and seeing their reactions. He wanted to experience the response to The Paradise directly along with the people for whom the movie was made.

At the same time, Nani assured the authorities that he and his team would follow all the required safety rules and government protocols. He requested the authorities to consider his request.

Now, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has responded to Nani’s post. In his reply, Revanth Reddy appreciated Nani for respecting safety guidelines and for his commitment towards the film directed by young Telangana filmmaker Srikanth Odela.

However, the Chief Minister said that an official application needs to be submitted to the designated local police station. He explained that this is necessary to ensure proper crowd management and public safety.

Revanth Reddy further said that the concerned police team would review the application and take a decision accordingly. He also tagged Telangana DGP in his response.

The Paradise is directed by Srikanth Odela and stars Nani in the lead role. The film is scheduled to release worldwide on September 24, with premiere shows planned for September 23.
