The day began with special prayers and offerings to the village deity Doddi Gangamma by Nara Nandamuri family. The pictures from the festival celebrations are currently going viral on social media.
TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, along with his wife Bhuvaneshwari, son Lokesh, grandson Devansh, and other family members, participated in the traditional worship of their Kuladaivam Nagadevata and paid homage to Nara Kharjuram Naidu and Ammannamma, offering tributes to NTR's idol as well.
Following these rituals, Chandrababu Naidu sought the divine blessings from elders, and also performed Pinda Pradhana Puja under the guidance of priests. There is positive vibe all over and the entire family hopes to celebrate the festival in a grand manner and pray for the welfare of entire state.
Later in the afternoon, CBN plans to visit the residence of Chandragiri Constituency Incharge Pulavarthy Nani, who was recently injured in a protest against alleged voter fraud. After visiting Nani, Chandrababu will return to Hyderabad.
