After a six-year hiatus, Nara Rohith is making a triumphant return to the silver screen with his 20th film, *Sundarakanda*. The comedy-drama, directed by debutant Venkatesh Nimmalapudi and produced by Sandeep Picture Palace, has generated significant buzz with its recently released teaser.

Rohith, who is known for his roles in films like *Prathinidhi*, *Rowdy Fellow*, and *Jyo Achyutananda*, revealed in a recent interview that his decision to take a break was primarily due to dissatisfaction with the projects he had been involved in during 2017 and 2018. The actor admitted that he was torn between commercial films and more challenging roles, and personal family matters also influenced his hiatus.

However, Rohith is now eager to make a strong comeback and embark on a continuous career in cinema. He is confident that *Sundarakanda* will mark a new chapter in his journey and showcase his versatility as an actor.

The film also features a talented ensemble cast, including Sridevi Vijaykumar, Virti Vaghani, Naresh Vijaya Krishna, Vasuki Anand, Satya, Ajay, VTV Ganesh, Abhinav Gomatham, Viswant, Rupa Lakshmi, Sunaina, Raghu Babu, Amrutham Vasu, Adhurs Raghu, and others. The film's music is composed by Leon James, and it is produced by Santhosh Chinnapolla, Gowtham Reddy, and Rakesh Mahankalli.
