Here's why Jr NTR wants to do a Marvel film

In a recent interview, Jr NTR expressed his excitement about his latest film, Devara: Part 1, which has been a box office success since its release on September 27. The actor shared how the film has elevated his popularity, especially after his role in RRR. In that interview, he spoke about his intentions to join Hollywood's superhit Marvel franchisee movies.

He mentioned, “I would love being a part of the Marvel world because Marvel, for me, is very special. Iron Man is definitely one of my favorite characters because you don’t need to have superpowers; you just need to be human with a great mind.”

NTR also revealed that his children are big fans of Marvel, which adds to his desire to join the franchise. He said, “If I am placed in the Marvel world, it’d be such a proud moment for them. I want to really see that in their eyes.” This personal connection highlights how much he values making his kids proud through his career choices. Looking ahead, NTR is set to resume shooting for "War 2" with Hrithik Roshan and will start working on Prashanth Neel’s film in January next year.

Discussing Devara, NTR mentioned that filming for the second part is already underway and promises to be “bigger and better” than the first. He plays dual roles in this action-thriller directed by Koratala Siva, alongside co-stars Jahnvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. The film has grossed around ₹350 crores worldwide so far, showcasing its massive appeal.
