Rs 350 Cr For NTR And Neel: Is It True?

One of the most exciting projects in South Indian cinema officially started yesterday as NTR-Neel got on with the shoot. Prashanth Neel dictated terms in the opening schedule as he shot with thousands of extras and junior artists in Hyderabad yesterday.

NTR will be joining the shooting from the next schedule, and the same was confirmed by the makers yesterday. Meanwhile, there are interesting reports about the kind of budgeting allocations that went on for this film.

As per reports, Mythri Movie Makers are spending a huge amount of money on this project as they have reportedly allocated over ₹350 crore for the production of this film.

Earlier, this leading production house had a mega project in the form of Pushpa 2 and they spent super lively on the same. They are anyway known for lavish production values, and they appear to be on this job again for their upcoming film with NTR and Prashanth.

However, it must be noted that Prashanth has the habit of making his films on rather modest budgets in order to keep his producers on the safer side and to easily market, his films in the trade. This was earlier seen in the case of the two parts of KGF followed by Salaar.

It has to be seen if Prashanth will actually be spending as much budget allocation on his film with NTR now. But at the same time, it must be noted that the remunerations itself will be taking up a huge amount of money, and the rest will go into the production, so they mention figure might actually be the real case when it comes to production logistics and fiscal policy.

What is for certain is that this film is going to be short on a super huge scale, and the same has been communicated by the makers already.
