After DillyDallying, Prabhas Is Back For September Race?

When Prabhas had earlier announced Raja Saab with Maruti, the initial expectation was that this project would be completed quickly and released in a short duration with low production timeline. However, this plan did not work out as the film took much longer than expected.

In the end, Raja Saab took up nearly a year and a half for the production in whole. In the meanwhile, the film is still in the shooting stage, and it is expected that the entire part could be done only by the end of May this year.

In this context, there were speculation that the film could be prepared for theatrical release only during the 2026 Sankranti season. This decision was made in view of the delay in the production activities and the existing scheduling of Prabhas who is occupied with multiple projects.

However, the latest developments are suggesting that this film is now being lined up for release in 2025 itself, and the makers are contemplating not one but to release lots this September.

Apparently, the makers are confident that they can complete the entire shooting process by the start of June, and that is the reason why they are planning the release in September. They are contemplating to release dates for the film, and the final decision will be taken accordingly.

In that case, the film could be out in theatres this September itself and might not get pushed to 2026 Sankranti. But even these speculations are yet to be officially confirmed, and we need to wait for an official clarification.
