Despite Efforts, No Premieres For Raja Saab In Telangana!
According to the latest development associated with this film, it is now being established that he did not have any premier in Telangana last night.;
Prabhas has returned to the big screens with his latest film Raja Saab, which released on January 9 on the occasion of Sankranti season. While the film had its paid premier in Andhra Pradesh last night, that wasn’t the case with Telangana.
According to the latest development associated with this film, it is now being established that he did not have any premier in Telangana last night.
The film had premieres on time in Andhra Pradesh, as the government had permitted the same much in advance of the release, and the court was also non interfering in this matter.
However, that wasn’t the case with Telangana as the required permissions were not allocated on time by the concerned authorities, and there was no scope for the premier.
This is a very interesting development, considering the fact that most Telugu films generally have simultaneous release in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and this includes the paid premier as well.
The fact that the film did not have any premiers in Telangana could be very crucial when it comes to overall revenues of this film as Nizam is a very strong zone for Prabhas and missing out on this would be tough.
The film is now projected to set in the vicinity of ₹120 crore gross globally on its opening day. It has to be seen where the film would go from here considering the massive investments.
