Will Prabhas Have to Sacrifice Fauzi for Spirit?
What surprised fans recently is the announcement of Spirit’s release date. The film, which began shooting only recently, is set to release on March 5, 2027.;
Working on two big films at the same time can be both a blessing and a problem for Prabhas. While it keeps him busy and popular, it is also creating serious scheduling issues. Since both films are pan-India projects with huge budgets, producers are finding it difficult to manage dates, planning and finances smoothly.
Earlier delays in Raja Saab affected another film, Fauzi. Due to overlapping shoots, Prabhas could not complete planned schedules on time. Now that Raja Saab has released and its result is already known, the focus has shifted to Spirit rather than Fauzi.
What surprised fans recently is the announcement of Spirit’s release date. The film, which began shooting only recently, is set to release on March 5, 2027. On the other hand, Fauzi, which has already completed nearly half of its shoot, does not have a confirmed release date yet. The makers have not officially announced any postponement, but there is also no clarity on when it will hit theatres.
Reports suggest that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga wants Prabhas to fully focus on Spirit until the film is completed. If this condition is true, Fauzi may face further delays. This is mainly because Prabhas will appear in a completely different look in Spirit, making it difficult to juggle both films at the same time.
Fans are currently confused and worried. According to reliable sources, the Fauji team is trying hard to release the film sometime this year. However, everything depends on Prabhas’ availability for the remaining shoot. If his dates are limited, the release plan could change again.
Some rumors are even claiming that Fauzi might release only in 2028, but that seems a bit extreme at this stage. Meanwhile, teams of Salaar 2 and Kalki 2 are also waiting for Prabhas’ confirmation.
