Is Prabhas Preferring Them Over Star Heroines?

Rebel Star Prabhas is undoubtedly the biggest star in India right now. His pan-Indian movies are being well received by everyone and they are breaking records left right and centre. Many would have expected him to feature alongside huge star heroines with a lot of craze. Till 'Radhe Shyam', his films had heroines with a lot of craze but it has changed a lot lately.

Filmmakers usually prefer heroines who attract both North and South audience. Stars like NTR and Ram Charan are working with Janhvi Kapoor while Kiara Advani is the heroine in 'Game Changer'. Though Deepika Padukone is the female lead in 'Kalki 2898 AD', she is not the heroine alongside Prabhas. For 'Salaar', he had Shruti Haasan who is not one of the most in form actresses right now.

For his project with Hanu Raghavapudi, a new heroine named Imanvi has been roped in. Coming to 'Raja Saab', the movie has three heroines. It is a horror romantic comedy and none of Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar are star heroines. They don't have a big market in Telugu. We don't know if its because of adding freshness to the film or star heroines being busy but Prabhas' films are filled with new faces lately.

Also, Prabhas' films usually have less significance to heroines. It might be one of the reasons why he is preferring new heroines. Let us see if he continues the trend in the coming days too.
