LIK Becomes a Speed Breaker in Pradeep Ranganathan’s Career

Actor Pradeep Ranganathan is known for making fun and meaningful films. His earlier movies like Love Today, Dragon and Dude impressed many young audiences. These films had a good mix of comedy and emotions. Because of this, Pradeep gained a strong fan base especially among youth.

But his latest film Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) has given a big surprise and not in a good way. The movie released recently in both Tamil and Telugu but it failed to create any excitement. From the first day, the film struggled to get even decent openings at the box office.

Many people feel that the movie lacks the emotional that is usually seen in Pradeep’s films. Director Vignesh Shivan, who handled the project, could not bring out the strong emotions or engaging scenes that today’s youth expect. It seems like the film depended more on Pradeep’s style and a few comedy moments instead of focusing on a solid script.

Meanwhile, because of his recent success, a leading production house Mythri Movie Makers even offered him a huge remuneration of ₹50 crores for his next project. However Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) has come as a big surprise and not in a good way. The film openings were very low, and the situation did not improve later.

Now, LIK is heading towards becoming a big failure and may not perform well over the weekend either. This film has become a major setback for Pradeep Ranganathan, who was on a winning streak till now.

Even though this is a disappointing result, it is just one film. Pradeep still has strong potential, and his upcoming projects will decide how quickly he can bounce back.
