After failing to attend a Court Hearing in the controversial fake voter ID case of actor Prakash Raj, who is popular among the young generation for “#JustAsking”.

Apparently, Prakash Raj was supposed to attend a hearing in the 2019 complaint filed by an advocate in a Karnataka Court, alleging that the actor possessed Voter ID cards from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana and Tamil Nadu as well. As per the Election Commission of India’s rules, we have to possess only one Electoral ID in one state in India, not everywhere we like. However, the actor failed to attend the Court even once since 2019, and that’s the reason a non-bailable arrest warrant was issued against him now.

Though Prakash Raj earlier clarified that he will vote only from Tamil Nadu, and also stated that he doesn’t have any other electoral ID as well, the same should be proved in Court. Now that an arrest warrant is issued by the Court, surely he needs to contest the warrant in an Upper Court through his counsel.

On the other hand, recently Prakash Raj got trolled big time at open debate sessions for his double standards on responding to the deaths of those who belong to liberals and those who belong to conservatives. Though he’s doing good movies, somehow his political moves are no good.
