Before Akhil, His Fate Changed With Lenin
In fact, “Lenin” is the first film that has brought huge fame and name to Akhil Akkineni as an actor, and that’s what his father, Nagarjuna also believed.
In fact, “Lenin” is the first film that has brought huge fame and name to Akhil Akkineni as an actor, and that’s what his father, Nagarjuna also believed. But suddenly, more than Akhil, it looks like another actor’s fate has changed big time with the movie, and if he cashes that out, he will be the busiest and most happening villain in the Telugu movie industry.
The guy who played Akhil’s friend in Lenin, Vasanth, who turns brutally villainous towards the end, is none other than Pramod Panju, the actor who first appeared in Prabhas’ Salaar. He played the role of a sidekick to Prithviraj Sukumaran and kept saying ‘Vaadni Aapu Anna’ throughout the film. Though the role got him attention, it hasn’t won him raining offers. However, Lenin is doing different things to him.
In certain places, Pramod Panju dominated Akhil like a full-blown statement, and made all eyes pinned to him. Especially his villainy has worked out big time, though the director hasn’t given a logical conclusion to the character’s behaviour; Pramod’s acting prowess made it intense and interesting. Many are saying that what a 10-year career in Kannada couldn’t do to him, one Lenin will do it now. He’s likely to explode on the Telugu screen more.
However, Pramod is said to have won a couple of awards for his performances in Kannada films like Rathnan Prapancha, but hasn’t signed many movies in a decade. As the actor is known to be very choosy, we have to see if he embraces Telugu film offers or not.
