Prasanth Varma is a name that is being heard a lot in the film industry right now. The young director took the risk of making a huge superhero film and had the vision to create a cinematic universe as well. 'Hanu-Man' featuring Teja Sajja in the lead is the first film from this universe and it is all set to arrive in theatres from 12th January. The premieres are getting a phenomenal response already.
He even made the first Zombie film in Telugu and his 'Awe!' is quite unique as well. This creative director said that he wanted to do Mahabharat once but he reportedly dropped the idea. He recently revealed the reason behind it. He said, “During the initial days of my career, I had the idea of making a film on Maha Bharat. When Rajamouli Garu announced that he was doing a film on the Indian epic, I dropped the idea.”
During a rapid fire, he revealed who he wanted to cast as the main leads if he made 'Maha Bharat'. According to him, Chiranjeevi will be cast as Dharmaraju while Ram Charan will play the role of Arjuna. Bheema's character will be done by NTR while Nakula Sahadeva's roles will be portrayed by Vijay Deverakonda and Nani respectively. Lord Krishna's role belongs to Mahesh Babu while Prasanth says that Mohan Babu is apt for Dhuryodhana's role. Nayanthra is the perfect choice for Draupadi while Pawan Kalyan will be seen as Karna.
Coming to 'Hanu-Man' Amrita Aiyer is the heroine. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is playing a key role along with other actors like Samuthirakani, Getup Srinu, Vennela Kishore and others. Produced by K Niranjan Reddy of PrimeShow Entertainments, the movie is releasing in Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese languages.
