Young and crazy director Prasanth Varma has scored a massive blockbuster in the form of 'Hanu-Man'. The movie was released in the midst of heavy competition and emerged as the outright winner. The makers officially announced that it got over 250 crore collections. The film even collected over $5 million in the US market. With every hit director, there are a lot of rumours regarding his next films and past experiences.
Prasanth Varma too had some rumours surrounding him. One such fake rumour is about the 'Awe!' director saying that he made a mistake waiting for Ram Charan and Allu Arjun's dates. There is no truth in this news and Prasanth Varma himself took to Twitter and wrote, “Nicely articulated but FYI, I did't mention any name of our beloved stars, I respect them very much and know them very personally, I would love to do a film with them any time if right script comes!! PLEASE I KINDLY REQUEST to STOP spreading fake rumours.”
Currently, Prasanth Varma has begun his pre-production activities of 'Jai Hanuman' which he promised to release in 2025. There is another superhero film titled 'Adhira' as well.
He shares, “I have always been very inspired by the amazing superhero universe we see across the globe. And I always wanted to do something along those lines, but with Indian roots. So, we made Hanu-Man, and now as I announce PVCU, I share with all a dream to give India a universe to enjoy with amazing stories from our rich history, mythology, and culture. I hope people love it, and I shall keep entertaining them with more such stories.”
