Devara Part 2: The Film Is Getting Ready For 2027?

One of the most hyped up projects, which fans liked, but huge trolling came its way for many portrayals and scenes, is none other than N T Ramarao, Junior’s “Devara”, directed by Srimanthudu and Bharat Ane Nenu fame Koratala Siva. Despite the film collecting 100s of crores from the box office, the director remained silent thereafter due to the massive trolling he faced.

With Jr NTR also moving towards Prashanth Neel’s Dragon and then considering starring in Trivikram’s mythological fantasy movie, surely the talk around Devara 2 has subsided. However, the film’s producer Sudhakar Mikkilineni, had stunned the fans of Jr NTR on another day, as he revealed solid dates regarding the film’s production plans and when it would hit the cinemas.

He confirmed that Devara 2 is under planning and the film’s shooting will go on the floors from May 2026, while the release of the film will be targeting 2027. Many are wondering if Jr NTR is still going ahead with Devara movie’s sequel after the first part took a lot of beating for its story and action sequences. Now that the producer confirmed it, we have to see if the actor is really keen on doing this and how.

After the first part was released, even actors like Saif Ali Khan expressed their dissatisfaction with the movie, and we have to see if they will rejoin the cast. That said, Jr NTR might be waiting for Dragon’s result first, to decide on his next lineup.
