Court Returns Sandhya Theatre Case Chargesheet: Here’s Why!

It is an established fact that the Sandhya theatre incident is one of the most controversial developments in the recent times in Telugu state. This topic is continuing to be the central point of discussions even to this day and here’s a later update on the same.

The Nampally Court has once again returned the charge sheet filed in the Sandhya Theatre stampede case, marking another setback for the police investigation.

The case names popular actor Allu Arjun along with 23 others, against whom the police had submitted a detailed charge sheet.

However, the court observed that the documents filed lacked proper supporting evidence and contained technical deficiencies.

This is not the first time the charge sheet has faced objections. The court had earlier sent it back twice, citing similar concerns regarding insufficient proof and procedural lapses. Despite those directions, the latest submission was also found to be incomplete in certain aspects.

Following the court’s remarks, the police have reportedly made corrections and refiled the charge sheet before the Nampally Court once again.
