"I Won't Be Prabhas' Mother, But" ; Raasi Clarifies

Actress Raasi recently made an interesting comment during the press meet of her upcoming movie Anumana Pakshi. Her statement about Prabhas is now going viral on social media.
During the press meet, an anchor asked Raasi about her earlier comment where she said she would not act as a sister or mother on screen. Clarifying this, Raasi said, “I never said I won’t act as Prabhas’s sister. I only said I will not act as his mother.”
In one of the recent interviews, Raasi explained that her decision is mainly because of the small age difference between her and Prabhas. She said she is comfortable playing roles like sister or sister-in-law, but not a mother role for him.
Meanwhile, Prabhas remains one of the biggest stars in the Telugu film industry. He started his career with the film Eeswar and gained recognition with Varsham. His major breakthrough came with S. S. Rajamouli’s Chatrapathi, which made him a mass hero. Later, films like Darling, Mr. Perfect, and Mirchi increased his popularity among youth.
Prabhas became a pan-India star with the massive success of Baahubali. After that, his fan base grew across the country, and his movies now release on a large scale with huge expectations.
In an old interview, Raasi also shared her admiration for Prabhas. She said she has been following his career since his first film and always believed he would become a big star. She even mentioned that she watches his movies in theatres whenever they release.
Interestingly, Raasi also revealed that even though there were chances to work together, she has never met Prabhas personally. This surprised many fans.
