Is This Why Rajamouli-Mahesh Project Is Getting Delayed?

It looks like elite filmmaker SS Rajamouli is not going to compromise on any aspect this time. He wants to make sure that he delivers a pan-world film that will collect a minimum of 1000 crores. While his 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' shattered the records of the Indian box office, he is aiming to take over the international market with Mahesh Babu's film. 'RRR' earned him many fans globally and aiming to make it big in Hollywood is the reason for the delay in #SSMB29 as per reports.

There have been reports of the film kickstarting soon but the shooting is getting pushed constantly. Insiders claim that Rajamouli had a tie-up with a Hollywood company and it is reportedly for hiring Hollywood actors in this project. But it is being revealed that he is also planning to bring a noted Hollywood production company onboard as well. As we know, senior producer KL Narayana is bankrolling this project but Rajamouli & Co needs a big Hollywood production banner to get exposure globally.

Rajamouli had a few discussions with a couple of production companies already and insiders say that the official announcement regarding this movie will be coming out once the deal is done with one of these production companies. The entire team is waiting for the confirmation and if it happens, #SSMB29 will be made on a massive budget of around 1000 crores. It looks like Rajamouli is going all out for this globetrotting adventure drama featuring superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead.
