Director Nag Ashwin had shown glimpses of the Mahabharat and Kurukshetra war in his recent outing 'Kalki 2898 AD'. He just showed the conversations between Krishna, Ashwatthama, Karna and Arjuna during the war. But they created a euphoria in theatres and it created a huge debate among the public on social media.

Though Sri Krishna's face is not revealed, people are letting their imaginations go wild and are tweeting about it. These small moments shown in 'Kalki' are becoming viral and people remembered what Rajamouli said. He mentioned that Mahabharat is his dream project and would make it in 3-4 parts as it would be his last venture ever.

Fans are now asking Rajamouli to start Mahabharat as soon as he can as they believe that he is the one to do justice for such a massive subject. Rajamouli said that his favourite film was 'Daana Veera Sura Karna'. Such a subject being made by Rajamouli with the latest technology is surely going to be a treat to the eyes. Also, the 'RRR' director knows how to elevate his characters and bring out the emotions. But it will take a very long time for Rajamouli to make this project as it needs a lot of money and work which may extend for years.

An attempt was made in Kannada before where Darshan became Dhuryodhana and Arjun was Karna while Ravichandran was Krishna. The original ran well but the dubbed versions ended up being failures. But Rajamouli is a huge director and people will go crazy over this project if he begins it in full-fledged fashion. Let us see if he starts his dream project anytime soon or not. For now, Mahesh fans are hoping that he starts his globetrotting adventure with Mahesh in the next month or two.
