Senior Telugu actor Rajendra Prasad recently apologised after his comments about legendary Tamil actor and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MGR created a major controversy. The incident happened during an event where Rajendra Prasad received the "Kalaprapurna Katti Kantha Rao National Award". While speaking at the function, he praised legendary Telugu actor Kantha Rao. During his speech, he compared Kantha Rao with MGR and used a word that many people considered inappropriate. This comment upset several fans and members of the Tamil film community.
