The musical promotions of Rākāsā continue to expand with the release of its second single, “Padhe Padhe,” a gentle romantic track that introduces a softer emotional tone within the film’s soundtrack. Written and directed by Manasa Sharma, the film is produced by Niharika Konidela under Pink Elephant Pictures and presented by Zee Studios.
The song approaches romance through a mood of quiet intimacy and melodic restraint. Lyricist Kittu Vissapragada frames the lyrics around the delicate beginnings of affection, capturing emotions that surface through subtle gestures rather than direct confession. Composer Anudeep Dev builds the composition around a smooth contemporary melody enriched by the graceful resonance of the veena, allowing the classical instrument to blend naturally into the arrangement. As the film moves closer to its theatrical debut, its international distribution strategy is also taking shape. Atharvana Bhadrakali Pictures will oversee the overseas rollout across more than 350 theatres in key territories including the USA, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and Australia. Distribution across North America will be handled by Prathyangira Cinemas, while the soundtrack is being released under the Saregama label.
Rākāsā stars Sangeeth Sobhan and Nayan Sarika in the lead roles, with a supporting cast that includes Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, Tanikella Bharani, Ashish Vidyarthi and Getup Srinu. As the soundtrack continues to unfold and the film’s promotional campaign builds momentum, Rākāsā is steadily drawing attention ahead of its worldwide theatrical release on April 3, 2026.
