Rakul's Brother Behind Bars In Drugs Case?

A big shipment of drugs has been confiscated near Rajendra Nagar in Hyderabad. It contains 200 grams of cocaine which is worth at least 2 crores. The sensational part is that heroine Rakul Preet Singh's brother Amanpreet Singh is the alleged buyer.

In a joint operation of Rajendra Nagar Police and the Narcotics team, Amanpreet was reportedly apprehended by the officials while purchasing drugs from five Nigerians. Amanpreet was one of the few celebrities who were arrested along with a businessman. According to NTV and other TV channels, all of them were taken into custody and will be questioned further.

Rakul Preet Singh herself was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate a couple of times. She was summoned as a part of drugs and money laundering cases. She was grilled back in 2021 in Mumbai for her alleged connections with drugs racket and financial transactions. None of these allegations were proven as Rakul went ahead and focused on her acting career.

Rakul was even questioned by ED in Hyderabad regarding the local drugs case in September 2021. She later got married to Bollywood producer Jackky Bhagnani. With Amanpreet getting arrested for allegedly purchasing drugs from Nigerians, the focus is back on the actress and her brother. Let us see what this arrest leads to in the coming days.
