Peddi's Pan-India Promotions: Three Mega Events Loading

Until now, everyone thought Ram Charan’s Peddi would have just one grand pre-release event in Hyderabad. But the makers are reportedly planning something much bigger. Much, much bigger.

According to strong buzz coming from the tinsel town, the Ram Charan–Buchi Babu project is gearing up for not one, but ‘three’ massive promotional events across India. Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Trivandrum are the three locations currently being locked. Teams are already in discussions, and groundwork for these events has apparently begun. That itself clearly shows the confidence the makers have in the film’s pan-India appeal.

The Hyderabad event is expected to be the biggest of them all, with LB Stadium already being discussed as the probable venue. But what’s interesting is the choice of Lucknow and Trivandrum. That’s a very calculated move. Lucknow targets the Hindi belt aggressively, while Trivandrum taps into the strong Kerala market, where Ram Charan has steadily built a fanbase after RRR.

But then, the leading stars of the film, including Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Jagapathi Babu, haven’t started promotions yet, and that’s what's important right now. As the teaser and “Chikiri” song have already created unexpected buzz in North India, surely the promotions should kickstart immediately, such that the film gets super reach into the interiors as well.

What’s also helping massively is Jio Studios backing the release in North India, and probably that’s the reason the big event is being planned. Anyway, if this promotional campaign clicks the way the team is planning, Peddi might make it huge like anything.
