Peddi Trailer: A Cult Blockbuster from Ram Charan

Mega Power Star Ram Charan is creating waves of anticipation and buzz across the world with his upcoming film, Peddi. His body transformation for the film to play a cross-over athlete who can play cricket, wrestle and run in track and field events, is never-seen-before effort in Indian Cinema. The eagerly awaited movie trailer has been released today at Mumbai and the first impression is it is a CULT Film from Telugu language to Indian Cinema.

Ram Charan looks sculpted to be fit and play every game like only he can and Peddi is written just for him. After watching the trailer, it is hard to imagine anyone else. Director Buchi Babu Sana has written a tale of a man representing an oppressed community, who works his way to become an India renowned cross-over athlete.

Each frame showcases the hardwork put in by Ram Charan and the team. His body transformations, his agility, his ability to switch between sports like water being moulded by shape of the glass, is unprecendented. Janhvi Kapoor's beauty, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Boman Irani and Divyenndu's performance, all stand out.

It is hard to cut a trailer for a film of this magnitude and balancing a complete sports related rural upliftment story in commercial format is unprecedented. Buchi Babu Sana at script level and execution achieved an outstanding result and the trailer promises a different and great film experience in theatres.

Rathnavelu's incredible eye in shooting visuals, production design in re-creating 1980's and AR Rahman background score all exceptional aide to Buchi Babu's cinematic vision. Venkata Satish Kilaru has delivered a Telugu Film that will be part of Indian filmmaking history in his debut. The movie is releasing on 4th June worldwide.
